This policy defines how personal data is processed when using the AVTONOMER AI service.
1. Data We Process
- registration data (name/account title, email, phone);
- technical data (IP, user-agent, event logs);
- payment data (payment identifiers and statuses);
- data generated within the service (event photos/videos, recognition results).
- automated recognition results are probabilistic and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
2. Purpose of Processing
- providing access to the service;
- support, security, and abuse prevention;
- payment and subscription accounting;
- compliance with legal requirements.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
Data may be shared with payment providers, cloud/infrastructure contractors, and other technology vendors only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Where required by law, data may also be disclosed to public authorities.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
- receive information about the processing of their data;
- obtain access to their personal data;
- request correction or deletion where provided by law;
- file complaints with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
5. Protection and Retention Periods
Organizational and technical safeguards are used, including access control, logging, and protection of data transfer channels.
Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and compliance with legal obligations.
