This document is the public offer of Sole Proprietor Ivan Anatoliiovych Drobot and defines the terms of access to the AVTONOMER AI online service.
Acceptance of the offer terms means entering into an adhesion agreement in electronic form.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider grants the User a limited non-exclusive right to access the AVTONOMER AI service according to the selected plan.
The service is provided remotely through the Internet.
2. Agreement Formation (Acceptance)
- account registration;
- clicking the “Subscribe/Pay” button or an equivalent action;
- payment of the selected plan;
- actual use of the service after reviewing the terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are set in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) according to the pricing displayed in the service at the moment of payment.
Payment is processed through the LiqPay payment provider, including bank cards and PrivatPay.
4. Subscription and Cancellation
A subscription may include automatic recurring charges according to the selected billing period.
Subscription cancellation stops future charges but does not cancel an already paid access period, except where required by law.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Provider ensures access to the service within the limits of the paid plan.
- The User must provide accurate information and must not interfere with the operation of the service.
- The Provider may update service functionality and pricing with notice within the service.
- The Provider may suspend or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, automated scraping/parsing, or attempts to bypass technical restrictions.
- The Provider may refuse service in cases provided by Ukrainian law, including sanctions and compliance requirements.
6. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of the offer means that the user has reviewed the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and Disputes
The parties bear liability in accordance with Ukrainian law and the terms of this offer.
The service uses artificial intelligence algorithms, so results are probabilistic in nature: 100% accuracy is not guaranteed, and false positives or missed detections may occur.
Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if that is impossible, in court under Ukrainian law.
