Refund Policy

Effective from March 1, 2026

This policy governs subscription cancellation and refunds for digital access to AVTONOMER AI.

1. General Rules

Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic charges.

An actually provided and paid access period is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

2. When a Refund Is Possible

  • duplicate or accidental charge;
  • charge after timely cancellation of the subscription;
  • critical unavailability of the service caused by the Provider;
  • other cases expressly provided by Ukrainian law.

3. When a Refund Is Not Issued

For digital services, once performance has started based on the user's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited by law.

Because the service uses AI, occasional recognition errors may occur; such a case alone is not an automatic ground for refund, but it may be considered during an individual review.

4. How to Submit a Request

Refund requests must be sent to ivan.drobot.ec@gmail.com and should include the account email, amount, date, transaction ID, and the basis for the request.

5. Review Timelines

  • preliminary review: up to 3 business days;
  • final decision: up to 10 business days after all required information is received;
  • if approved, the refund is usually completed within up to 14 calendar days.
